*Open your tube and press 1 x shift D for copy.

*Close the original tube.

*Open a new Image 500 x 500.

*Choose 2 colors grom the tube -> light one for foreground

dark one for background.

*Put your background on pattern

with the next settings

*Fill your image first with your backgroundcolor 

and then with your pattern.

*Layers -> Duplicate.

*Call your copylayer layer 2 the other one layer 1.

*Press the eyes at layer 2 and go to layer 1.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> ZoomBlur

with the next settings

*Go to layer 2 and press the eyes at layer 1.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Natural -> Sparkle

with the next settings

*Press the eyes at layer 1.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge.

*Image -> Add borders -> 20 px.

*Fill the border with your foregroundcolor.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Radial Mosaic

with the next settings

*Effects -> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel

with the next settings

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add borders -> 10 px.

*Fill the border with your backgroundcolor.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add borders -> 25 px.

*Fill the border with your foregroundcolor.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Radial Mosaic

with the same settings as before.

Effects -> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel

with the same settings as before.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Copy your accent and paste it as a new layer in your image.

*Put your accent in a corner.

*Duplicate the accent.

*Image -> Mirror.

*Copy your tube and paste it as a new layer in your image.

*Put your tube up or down

so you can put your name on the tag.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge.

*Go to your texttool -> search for the font Pooh

with the next settings

*Put your name on it's place and give it a drop schadow.

*Image -> Resize -> 400 x 400 px.

*Adjust -> Sharpen -> Sharpen.

*Save your image as a jpg

and your tag is ready.
