**Here we go**

*Open your picture and press shift D twice.

*Close your original picture.

*Resize the height of the picture to 450 .

(if you use my picture you have to do nothing).

*Put your backgroundcolor on a color 

that is NOT in your picture.

*Image -> Add borders.

*Symmetric off -> left -> top and bottom 0.

*Put right at the lenght of your picture.

( At my picture is it 310 )

*Select with your magic wand the border near your picture.

*Go to your other picture -> copy

-> paste it in your selection.

*Image -> Mirror.

*Selections -> Select None.

*This is what I have now (=resized)

*Image -> Add Borders

with the next settings

*Select with your magic wand the border 

and fill it with a color from your picture.

*Effects -> 3 d effects -> Inner bevel

with the next settings

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Add Borders

with the next settings

*Select the border with your magic wand 

and fill it with a color from your picture.

*Effects -> 3d effects -> Inner bevel

with the same settings as before.

*Selections -> Modify -> Feather

with the next settings

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Radial Mosaic

with the next settings

*Effects -> PlugIns -> Xenofex 2 -> Shatter

with the next settings

*Effects -> PlugIns -> Xenofex 2 -> Cracks

with the next settings

*Layers -> Duplicate.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> Xenofex 2 -> Electrify

with the next settings

*Put the opacity at 70.

*Selections -> Select None.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge.

*Go to your layerpalette and duplicat this layer.

*Effects -> PlugIns -> VM Toolbox -> Rototile

with the next settings

*Put the opacityu at 45.

*Layers -> Merge -> All layers merge.

*Put your watermark at your tag.

*Press Shift D for a copy so you have a blank.

*Go to your dropper and choose 2 colors

from the picture for your text.

*Go to your textool -> Add your name

with the next settings

*Give your name a dropshadow of Inner bevel.

( I did a dropshadow )

*Selections -> Select None.

*Image -> Resize

with the next settings

*Effects -> Sharpen -> Sharpen.

*Save your image as a jpg

and your tag is ready.
